Embedded Software Specialist
Writing embedded code for our linux-based systems, you’ll be designing, developing, testing and releasing software made for flight hardware destined for space! You will also provide support to not only our customers but also our Test, Logic and Hardware teams by providing advice and solutions that will help in maintaining Xiphos' software ecosystem coherence and most importantly share knowledge among all people inside Xiphos.

Customer Success Manager - Montreal, QC
Reporting to the Director, Project Management Office, the Customer Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Xiphos customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service from our organization and value from our products. Acting as the primary point of contact after the initial sale, the Customer Success Manager proactively manages the customer experience, facilitates effective collaboration between internal teams, and drives continuous improvement to strengthen customer satisfaction and support Xiphos’ growth.
Manufacturing Engineer - Montreal, QC
Reporting to the Manager of Production Operations, the Manufacturing Engineering Specialist will be responsible for the introduction of products from the Design Engineering team to Production, ensuring that the Production team is well positioned to efficiently manufacture and ship out the Final Product. This includes process improvements, ensuring that Products in design can be manufactured, that workflows and Bills of Operation are maintained, work benches and tooling are set up efficiently, that equipment is maintained, Production staff trained, and Non-Conformances are dealt with appropriately. The ME will also be responsible for ensuring that the ERP is maintained and to improve processes and efficiency.
Embedded Software Specialist

Test Technician
This role gives hands-on experience working with aerospace flight hardware. You’ll be testing Q-cards in our production lines, executing test procedures, building test equipment, and soldering components. Finally, you will support our test lab by performing equipment calibration, ESD verification, and inventory management.
